NergyCert’s HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS
It is the policy of NergyCert to ensure the health, safety and well being of its staff and members whilst at work.
NergyCert considers that good health and safety performance is a fundamental prerequisite to a good working environment.
It is the duty of the DEA
To take reasonable care in carrying out their duties
To adopt a common sense approach in performing their duties.
To not misuse the safety equipment,
To co-operate with all parties involved
Inspect and identify any risks prior to entering a property
To report and discontinue their duties if any situation might endanger their wellbeing.
Because NergyCert’s DEA’s work on many different locations in a variety of conditions, it is impossible to identify all the possible risks that may have to be faced. Therefore all DEA’s, should be able to assess the risk of any particular activity. This process involves;
Identifying those areas of work that could pose a risk!
Listing the controls that should be put in place to eliminate or reduce the risk
Contact Quidos HQ immediately if they feel that continuing working might endanger their well being.
Following an accident, if the investigation reveals that the employee did not take sufficient care then his or her legal rights may be undermined.
